This policy concerns PolyBuzz at polybuzzai.app, operated by Singularity Mutual Entertainment Culture Media Limited in Hong Kong. It explains the information involved when you use our pages and service features. Updated October 22, 2026.

Information connected with service use
Information associated with an account can include the details supplied during registration, a chosen sign-in provider, profile information, and content submitted to the service. Character descriptions, uploaded images, feedback, and messages may contain information you choose to provide.
Technical requests also include information needed to deliver pages and assets, such as network and browser details. Where a payment is made, the payment provider handles its checkout and provides the records needed to identify the purchase. Do not send us full card details or security codes in a support message.
Information saved in your browser
Saved characters, recently viewed profiles, character drafts, and the navigation preference use browser local storage. A draft can include the text you entered and an image you selected. These browser-local records are distinct from a signed-in service account.
You can remove a saved character through its save control. Clearing this domain's site data in your browser removes its local records, including drafts. Review anything you want to keep before clearing data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use these pages.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to provide requested features, maintain account access, identify purchases, respond to support requests, and address misuse or technical problems. The information needed depends on the action you take.
A public character introduction and a private account request have different audiences. Check a character's visibility before publishing. Keep identifying details out of fictional personas and avoid including unrelated conversations in screenshots.
Providers and external destinations
Sign-in, payment, hosting, and any required age-verification provider may process information for the part of the service it delivers. Its own terms and privacy information apply to that processing. Use the provider identified in the actual flow rather than sending credentials or identity documents by email.
Following a social or other external link opens a separately operated destination. A link does not transfer that destination's privacy controls to polybuzzai.app.
Your choices and requests
Contact care@polybuzzai.app to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or another privacy concern. Tell us which account or browser-local information is involved. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own account.
For account deletion, open Setting, then Account, then Delete. Review the confirmation and any active subscription first. Deleting an account, canceling a renewal, and clearing browser data are separate actions. Applicable legal obligations may require some records to remain after a request.
Age requirements and contact
PolyBuzz is for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor has supplied information or used an account, contact care@polybuzzai.app with the details needed to investigate, without posting them publicly.
Send privacy questions to the same address. We will use the information in your request to identify and address the matter. Changes to this policy will appear with an updated date.
