A conversation, a character profile, and a public comment are different places to put information. Check where you are posting before including something personal.

Review the audience of what you publish
A public character is intended to be discoverable. A private character setting controls character access; it is not the same as an account profile or a public comment.
Do not paste private conversation details into a character introduction to preserve them. Keep a fictional persona separate from your real name, address, payment information, and login details.
Account data and service use
We process account details, content you submit, payment records, and device and login information under our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Public visibility and service data processing are different: a conversation does not have to appear on a public profile for information to be used to deliver the service.
Review the privacy policy for data handling and account settings for available controls. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself, including when asking for help with a missing conversation.
Send account-specific requests privately
Contact us with enough information to identify the account or issue. Remove unrelated private messages from screenshots and never include a password or full payment-card number.
If you want to close the account, review the deletion process and any active subscription first.
