Delete your account
You can request deletion from the account settings. Deletion is irreversible, so review anything you need to keep before confirming it.

Check subscriptions and information first
Keep any records you need and check the status of paid services. Our terms list conditions for deletion, including unresolved account issues, outstanding charges, and active premium services.
Canceling a recurring subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. Start with the billing provider if you need to stop a renewal.
Send the deletion request from settings
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Setting, then Account, then Delete.
- Review the account details and the confirmation shown.
- Complete the requested confirmation only when you are ready to lose access.
What changes after deletion
After deletion, you cannot sign back into that account or recover its use records through a new registration. Uninstalling the app alone does not send an account-deletion request.
If the deletion flow will not complete, contact us with the exact message and the account identifier. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
