Use coins for specific chat features
Coins are a virtual currency for selected PolyBuzz actions. Check the cost attached to the action you want to use rather than treating coins as a second name for membership access.

What coins can be used for
Our coin page lists uses including selected model rounds, Heart Whisper, Live Photos, reply regeneration, Inspiration Reply, and Moments. The available actions and costs are shown in the product.
Different actions can use different amounts. Read the confirmation before spending coins, especially when trying a feature for the first time.
Review the pack and the account
Before buying, check the number of coins, the total price, and the account receiving them. Coin offers can vary by region and account, so the purchase screen is the place to confirm the current amount.
Keep the receipt if the balance does not update as expected. Check the account before making a duplicate purchase.
Offers and promo codes
Use the reward or offer shown in your account and read its eligibility, included balance, and expiration details. A code from an earlier campaign may not apply to a different account or purchase.
If a promotion does not apply, send us the offer text and the message displayed before making another purchase. Never share your login details with a site claiming it can add unlimited coins.
